Our products are designed, quality controlled and shipped from our Flipheadquarter in Mannheim, Germany. We offer free shipping within Europe. Non-EU-customers pay a fixed shipping rate. EU-customers can enter a valid VAT-number to become classified as tax-exempt. If you experience any trouble while using our shop, please send us an email.

Shipments to non EU-countries (e.g. Brazil) might be charged with high import duties by the local customs. We recommend to check with your local customs before placing an order in our German webshop or order from one of our resellers abroad. Once we have shipped the order we cannot cancel or return any shipment in case you decide not to accept the shipment due to any import costs.
