After having received your order, we usually ship your items within 1-4 business days. Items that need custom handling (custom neck fitting) or large number orders might take 1-2 business days longer to process.

We ship all orders from our warehouse in Mannheim, Germany. For shipments within Germany & the EU or to the UK and Switzerland shipping costs are included. Customers with shipping addresses outside the EU, UK or Switzerland will need to cover the shipping costs. We use a fixed rate for each country that will be added to the total at the checkout, so that you know the exact price you are paying to us. Sometimes the final shipping costs end up being much higher than what we charge you since the carriers either change their pricing or they add surcharge for delivery to outlying areas depending on your shipping address. In these cases we still will stick to the fixed price you paid at the checkout and we will cover the additional shipping costs. 

We use DHL, DHL Express, FedEx, UPS or Jumingo - depending on which service is quicker and/or cheaper. Shipping duration varies from country to country. We only use traceable services so that the customers can track their order at any time. Once we have processed your order, you will receive a tracking code. This tracking code is created once we have ordered the pickup with the carrier. Shipments will be picked up usually on the same day or the day after processing your order. Note that there are now pickups on Saturdays or Sundays though. So if you order on e.g. a Friday afternoon, the pickup will be not earlier than next Monday. 

If you are located within the EU our shipment will usually not be affected or delayed by any check from you local customs. If you are located outside the EU please inform yourself about possible import tariffs. When shipping from Germany to any non-EU destination, we are obliged to make a customs declaration providing the commercial invoice showing your name, address, contact details and the total amount that has been paid to us. Your local customs might charge you extra with import tariffs accordingly. Please be aware that you will also be asked to make a customs declaration in case you will want to return your order back to us for whatever reason.
